3.3.7、Installation of metering roller 14 and gear protection cover

Installation Method: See Fig.3.3.7, Remove the bearing support cover on both sides
of the machine and install the two ends of the metering roller in place (the side of
the gear on the metering roller is the operating side). Re-install the two sides of
the bearing support cover removed from the above (note that the bearing support
cover and the support are paired parts, need to be used in combination with the
number, can not be mixed), and the tightening screw is firmly fixed. Install the
gear protection cover, tightening screw fixed firmly.
Note: The adjustment of the metering roller must ensure that the metering roller is
parallel to water fountain roller, and the gear on the metering roller is meshed
with the upper gear of water fountain roller. In the future machine maintenance, in
order to prevent gear wear and rust, this meshing gear should be manually added oil
at least once a day.
四、adjustment of printing rollers
The adjustment quality of ink rollers and water rollers has a great influence on the
printing quality and service life of the machine. The poor adjustment of pressure
between rollers or the non-parallel adjustment between rollers will lead to abnormal
extrusion and friction between rollers, resulting in an increase in the surface
temperature of the roller body., aggravated the wear of the roller.
