⑵、When adjusting the ink-fountain screw, prevent the phenomenon of the screw top
to the ink roller.
（3）Always keep the ink blade and roller clean. When the ink blade adjustment is
not flexible during use, remove and clean, including the reverse side of the ink
blade and the end of the adjustment screw.
（4）The residual ink on the machine should be cleaned immediately after the
printing is completed. Only when the ink roller is at rest, the ink fountain can be
cleaned.
[Note]: At any time, fingers should not be near the end of the ink blade; When
adjusting the pressure of the ink washer and ink vibrating roller, do not squeeze
the ink scraper too tight. After cleaning, remove the ink washer in time to avoid
hitting the string ink roller.
11、Alcohol dampening device:
⑴、It is appropriate that the pH of the circulation tank should be 4.8 to 5.2. Set
the thermostat, the temperature is generally controlled at 9 ~ 11 °C (depending on
room temperature, the minimum temperature can be controlled at 5 ~ 7 °C). Adjust
the "alcohol automatic compensation regulator" ruler to 8% to 10%.
⑵、Before each shift is turned on for the first time, the proportion of alcohol in
the circulation tank and the PH value of the solution must be checked. If it is
found that it does not meet the requirements, it must be properly added with
propanol or bucket fluid. Keep the solution clean, if oil flowers are found, it
should be cleaned in time.
⑶、When not working for more than two days, the metering roller should be removed
in advance to avoid long-term pressure on the water fountain roller. During a long
vacation, the metering roller, intermediate roller and form dampening roller should
be removed to avoid pressing the rubber roller.
⑷、Each shift should be cleaned with an appropriate cleaning agent, especially on
the surface of the plate roller. Rollers (including ink rolls and water rolls)
should be removed every 20 days for thorough cleaning.
⑸、When washing ink, the metering roller and the water fountain roller must be
cleaned by hand
⑹、Check the pressure bar at least once every two months. Please refer to the ink
guide for indentation size.
⑺、Observe the backwater area of the fountain regularly, and do not allow water to
overflow the fountain. When the alcohol moisture in the water fountain does not
circulate, it is strictly forbidden to turn on.
