WARNING
The cooling system is pressurised when the coolant is
hot. When you remove the cap, hot coolant can spray
out and burn you. Make sure that the engine is cool
before you work on the cooling system.

Antifreeze can be harmful. Obey the manufacturer's
instructions when handling full strength or diluted
antifreeze.

CAUTION
Batteries
To prevent the engine being started, disconnect the
battery while working on the cooling pack.

The load bay needs to be raised to gain access to the
engine bay. Ensure that the load bay is properly
supported while working beneath it -
refer to the
Handbook
.

Disconnect the battery.

Drain the coolant, see
Section 3 - Routine
Maintenance.

Remove the centre console and the under-seat floor
panel.
5
Loosen the hose clips and disconnect the top and
bottom hoses from the radiator, and also the vent
tube.
Note: The vent tube forms part of the top hose.

Unplug the electrical connectors from the fan and
temperature switch.

Remove the seat support

from the hand brake
. The seat support is also fastens at the two
rear bolts

Unbolt the radiator bracket
from the chassis and
lift it away from the two pegs
. Note the location of
the two rubber grommets.

Lift the radiator from the chassis.
