• Remove the carbon deposits and liquid remaining in-
side the injectors port with a vacuum cleaner, holding
the sealing plug in place with the insertion rod.
5. Clean the base or seat area of the injector port:
• Pick the appropriately sized cleaning brush for the
base (4,5).
• Move the steel coil placed approximately 5mm away
from the end of the brush bristles to keep them straight
and tight.
•
Join it to the extension bar, and then fit them both to
a drill.
•
Use the brush previously fitted into the extension bar
and drill to clean the injector port base.
• Vacuum the carbon deposits remaining inside the in-
jectors port, holding the sealing plug in place (as in
point 4.4).
• Use the insertion rod to insert it into the sealing plug to
then take the plug out up.
6. Clean the injector nozzle port at the very bottom:
• Insert a tiny amount of grease into the lower part of the
brush of the injector nozzle port cleaner (2).
• Insert it into the nozzle port and clean it by turning it to
the left, doing so even while removing the cleaner. The
grease inserted into the brush of the injector nozzle
port will fix any soot remaining and the anticlockwi
-
se movement will take the soot out up, away from the
combustion chamber.
7. Place a new cooper sealing washer into the base of
the injector port before installing the new injector.
