Operating instructions
Before first use
1. Let the oil settle for one hour after assembly.
2. Purge the hydraulic system to remove any air inside. To do this, turn the release valve handle (2)
to the right (fig. 1), and then pump the food pedal (5) from 15 to 20 times approximately (fig. 2).
3. After purging, close the release valve by turning it anti-clockwise.
4. Test the jack to check whether it works properly.
Raise/Lower the jack
1.
Move the jack into the right position.
2.
Make sure the oil filler (4) and release valve (2) are completely closed.
3. Pump the foot pedal until reaching the desired height.
4. Centre the load on the saddle and stabilize the jack.
5. Turn the release valve handle to the right carefully to lower the load.
IMPORTANT: You must not close or open the valve too quickly when lowering the load.
MAINTENANCE
1. Check the piston periodically and clean the areas exposed to rust or corrosion with an oiled
cloth.
2. Lubricate the pivot points, axles and hinges periodically.
3.
Check hydraulic oil level with jack in its lowest position, filling it if necessary.
4.
Do not use break fluids or a mixture of different oils.
5.
Replace hydraulic oil at least once a year.
6. Allocate the jack in a dry place while not in use.
