12.7 Failure monitoring (RCM)
The device enables continuous monitoring of the
connection to the residual current transformer for
inputs I5 and I6.
Failure monitoring can be activated via:
·The corresponding menu item, as described in
the section „11.3.1 Transformers“.
·Or by setting the addresses 13793 for the resid-
ual current measurement input I5 and 13795 for
I6.
If there is an interruption in the connection to
the current transformer, this status is recorded in
specific registers or is displayed in the GridVis®
software.
