Place the second rim half onto the tool. Screw 
down the self-centering retaining nut as far as 
possible by hand. 

Pull on the lever on the bottom of the tool to 
squeeze the rim halves together. 

Install the lock washers and nuts and tighten. 
Remove the complete wheel from the tool; you may 
need to tap it out with a rubber mallet. 

<DANGER> 
Never inflate the tire while it is on the assembly 
tool.
