Troubleshooting

Finding the serial number of the Smart

In all your dealings with the support department, you will be asked to supply the serial number of the Smart.

Position the Smart in such a way that the strap faces upwards.

Perform one of the following actions:

Checking the Mind Express version on the Smart

Select

File > License Info

You will find the version of Mind Express in the top of the

Mind Express

dialog. For example 4.2.3.1267.

Device has a protective cover

Undo the fastening of the strap and remove the protective cover to view the sticker with
the serial number.

Device does not have a protective cover

Undo the fastening of the strap or push the strap to one side to view the sticker with the
serial number.
