NOTE

• 

 

Fit the retainer to the diaphragm with its round edge 
to the diaphragm.

• 

 

Check that the bracket spacer is in place. Refit the 
bracket spacer into the bracket, combining mating 
parts as necessary.

• 

 

The B/C-31 & -36 types do not have a bracket 
spacer.

Screw the new diaphragm into the plunger as far as it will go.

Run the pump and set the stroke length to 100%. Then stop the 
pump.

Mount the pump head.

Tighten the pump head fixing bolts evenly to the following torque in 
diagonal order.
