Setup
Mounting fittings
• Screw the fitting into the thread of the outlet
fitting (1).
If you need, screw a universal fitting onto another
end of the fitting.

Do not apply the excessive force while connect ing
the fittings; do not use wrenches in order not to
cause damage to threaded joints.
Accessories and spare parts
Use only accessories and spare parts approved by
the manufacturer. Trouble free operation of the
device can be assured through the use of original
accesso ries and spare parts.
Initial operation
Always use the correct supply voltage: the power
supply voltage must match the information quoted
on the tool identification plate.
The connected hoses must be:
• quite short:
• must have quite a big diameter;
• must be aligned evenly;
• must not be rumpled or tied like knot.
Switching on and off
Before connecting the device to the electric power
supply, make sure that the main supply voltage
is 230V/50Hz and being suitable for use only in
premises having a service current capacity equal
to or greater than 100A per phase with a normal
voltage of 400/230V.
Never switch on the pump in open air or
if it is not completely plunged: presence
of air intern of the machine should
damage the motor.
Switching on:
• Verify that the on/off switch (6) is in OFF
position.
• Put the plug in to the socket.
• Press the on/off switch (6) in ON position.
Switching off:
• Press the on/off switch (6) in OFF position.
Operating instructions
• Do not exceed the recommended maximum
pump ing height.
• Dirt and other particles in the fluid can cause the
fall in the machine’s capacity.
Universal fitting
The universal fitting enables to use hoses of differ-
ent internal diameters (32 mm), including those that
are equipped with the threaded fitting.
Deaeration
In course of submersing the machine into the fluid,
some air can be present in the impeller’s chamber
and will be released automatically at starting the
machine. That air bubbles are not a symptom of
machine fault but a manifesta tion of deaeration.
Overload protection of motor
This machine is equipped with the overload
protection of the motor, that will switch automatic
the motor off when overheated. After cooling down
the machine can be switched on by pressing the
reset button (7).
Operation
• Connect the hoses to the outlet fitting (1).
• If an operation in a well or similar site be planned,
a durable rope shall be attached to the car rying
rings (2). It shall be recommended to fasten the rope
in such a way, so that no occasional loosening knots
or undoing hitches may occur.
• Should the pumping be carried out in a natural
res ervoir, a solid item (e.g., a brick) is to be placed
on the bottom for the purpose positioning the
machine on it.
• Place the machine into working position by
