7.3.1 Clean
CAUTION!
Danger of injury due to sharp edges!

Only lift the cover hood on the grips.

Do not touch the edges of the cover hood.
NOTICE!
Material damage due to incorrect cleaning!

Only disassemble the pump casing for cleaning purposes.
–
Have other work completed by the manufacturer only.
–
Do not spray directly into the pump and onto feed screws with
the high-pressure cleaner.
–
Only use approved food-safe cleaners.
–
When carrying out pressure tests or rinsing do not expose
pumps, hoses or fittings to impermissible pressure.

Cleaning is completed with a suitable cleaner, e.g. warm water of approx.
40 °C with an industry-standard dishwasher cleaner.
2.
To permanently remove bacteria, germs, and cleaning residue, rinse the
cleaned parts thoroughly with hot water of approx. 80 °C.
