Unscrew fastening screws.

Pull pump casing off carefully.
5.
Remove sealing ring on intermediate flange.
6.
Clean/sterilise pump casing and internal parts of the pump with suitable
cleaning agent.
7.
Carefully slide on the pump casing over the spindles, observe the installed
position of inlet and outlet nozzles (
dimensioned drawing).
8.
Screw in and tighten fastening screws.
9.
Remove the seal again on the bleed hole of the oil filling screw.
6.4 Putting out of operation
WARNING!
Risk of injury and poisoning due to hazardous pumped media!

Use personal protective equipment during all work on the pump.

Fully empty the pump and pipelines.
–
Safely contain escaped pumped media and dispose of in an
environmentally friendly manner.
–
Neutralise the pumped medium residues in the pump.
