WARNING
- Replace excessively worn
tires by a tire dealer. Using
the vehicle with excessive-
ly worn tires reduces driv-
ing stability and can cause
loss of control of the vehi-
cle.
- Ride at moderate speed
after changing a tire, to al-
low the surface of the tire
to “break in”, so that it can
develop its characteristics
to the fullest.
NOTE : When replacing a tire, it is neces-
sary to balance the wheel.
Before each use, always check the
rims for cracks, bends, deformations,
or other damage. If any damage is
found, have the wheel replaced. Don’t
try to do even the slightest repair on
a wheel. In case of deformation or
cracks, the wheel must be replaced.
5.1.l Check the wear of the brake
pads
Check the wear of the front brake
pads (1) and rear brake pads (2).
