Intervention aux soins des
ouvriers mécaniciens ou
électriciens chargés de
l’entretien :
Groupe prise de l’air
comprimé avec régulateur
de pression et purgeur de
vapeur d’eau
Purger le filtre de l’air comprimé
tous les jours ou bien quand le
niveau de condensation est à la
moitié du verre.
Pour ce faire, avec l’air sous
pression, dévisser la vis sous le
verre jusqu’à purger tout le
contenu puis revisser.
Substitution de la lame
soudante
Dévisser les écrous (1) et
enlever les ressorts (2) et les
rondelles, extraire les platines de
protection (3) pour mettre à nu la
barre soudante.
Dévisser les vis de blocage (7)
de la lame soudante dans les
étaux tendeurs de fil (4) et dans
l’étau central (5) et enlever la lame
usée (6).
Prendre la lame neuve, la courber
pour l’insérer dans l’étau central
(5), serrer légèrement la vis de
blocage (9) , étirer la lame jusqu’à
un étau tendeur de fil, la
raccourcir de façon adéquate,
l’insérer dans le trou de l’étau,
pousser l’étau en poussant le
ressort de tension (8) puis bien
serrer la vis de blocage (7).
Répéter l’opération pour l’autre
étau.
Remonter les platines de
protection, les rondelles, les
ressorts et les écrous.
Substitution du joint de
caoutchouc sur le périmètre
du bac du plan de
conditionnement
Le joint est monté sans colle, il
peut donc être enlevé simplement
en l’ôtant de la cannelure dans
laquelle il se trouve.
Le remplacer avec un neuf en
l’étendant sur la cannelure et en
l’insérant sans le tendre, tout
d’abord dans les extrémités puis
au centre puis au nouveau centre
et ainsi de suite. Quand le joint
est correctement inséré, il doit
être parfaitement droit, sans
bosses ni creux. Coller le ruban
en téflon adhésif le long du côté
le plus à l’extérieur du joint et
rabattre les bords un peu en
dessous afin qu’il ne se détache
pas.
Si le ruban en téflon n’est pas
suffisamment adhésif, le coller en
utilisant une couche très fine de
colle à la silicone.
Attendre que le ruban soit bien
collé avant d’utiliser de nouveau
la machine.

Compressed air attachment
unit with pressure regulator
and steam trap
Empty the compressed air filter
daily or when the level of
condensation has reached the
halfway point of the bowl.
To do so, with air under pressure,
unscrew the screw under the
bowl until the entire contents have
been emptied and retighten the
screw.
Sealing blade replacement
Loosen the nuts (1) and remove
the springs (2) and the washers,
remove the protection devices
(3) to expose the sealing bar.
Loosen the sealing blade locking
screws (7) in the wire tightening
clamps (4) and in the central
clamp (5) and remove the worn
blade (6).
Take the new blade, bend it to
insert it in the central clamp (5),
slightly tighten the locking screw
(9), extend the blade until
reaching a wire tightener clamp,
shorten it appropriately, insert it
into the hole in the clamp, push
the clamp compressing the
spring (8) and then tighten the
locking screw (7) well.
Repeat the operation for the other
clamp also.
Reassemble the protection
devices, washers, springs and
nuts.
Replacement of the rubber
contrast seal on the lower
bar.
The rubber seal is assembled
without using glues so it can be
easily removed by pulling it out
of the slot in which it is housed.
Replace it with a new one, laying
it over the slot and inserting it
without stretching it, first at the
ends and then at the centre, then
at the centre between two the
previous points, and so on.
When correctly inserted, the
rubber seal must be perfectly
straight, without bulges or
cavities.
Glue the adhesive Teflon tape
along the outermost side of the
rubber seal and turn its edges
under a bit so that it does not
tend to come off.
If the Teflon tape is not
sufficiently adhesive, glue it
using a very thin layer of silicone
glue.
Wait until the tape is definitely
glued before reusing the
machine.
Eingriffe durch die
Mechaniker und Elektro-
installateure:

saggregat mit Druckregler
und Kondenswasserablass
Den Druckluftfilter jeden Tag
ablassen, oder wenn der
Kondenswasserspiegel die
Hälfte des Bechers erreicht hat.
Hierzu bei unter Druck stehender
Luft die Schraube unter dem
Becher aufschrauben, bis der
gesamte Inhalt abgelassen ist
und wieder anschrauben.
Austausch der Schweiß-
leiste
Die Muttern (1) aufschrauben
und die Federn (2) und
Unterlegscheiben herausziehen,
die Schutzbördel (3)
herausziehen, um die
Schweißleiste freizulegen.
Die Feststellschrauben (7) der
Schweißleiste in den
Drahtspannerklemmen (4) und in
der Mittelklemme (5) lockern und
die abgenutzte Klinge (6)
entfernen.
Die neue Klinge zur Hand
nehmen, biegen und sie in die
Mittelklemme (5) einsetzen, die
Feststellschraube (9) leicht
anziehen, die Klinge bis zu einer
Drahtspannerklemme spannen,
entsprechend kürzen, in die
Klemmenbohrung einführen, die
Klemme verschieben und dabei
den Widerstand der
Spannungsfeder (8) überwin-
den; danach die Feststell-
schraube (7) gut anziehen.
Diese Maßnahme auch für die
andere Klemme wiederholen.
Die Schutzbördel,
Unterlegscheiben, Federn
und Muttern wieder
anmontieren.
Austausch der Kontrast-
Gummidichtung auf dem
Wannenumfang der
Verpackungsfläche
Der Gummi ist ohne Klebstoffe
montiert, daher kann er einfach
abgenommen werden, indem er
aus seiner Nut gezogen wird.
Durch einen neuen ersetzen, der
über die Nut gespannt wird, und
einfügen, ohne ihn zu spannen;
zuerst an den Enden, dann in der
Mitte, in der weiteren Mitte, und
so weiter. Wenn der Gummi
korrekt eingesetzt wurde, muss
er vollkommen gerade sein, ohne
Buckel oder Vertiefungen.
Das Teflon-Klebeband entlang
der
äußeren Gummiseite
ankleben und die Säume ein
wenig nach unten biegen, damit
sie nicht zur Ablösung neigen.
Sollte das Teflon-Klebeband nicht
ausreichend gut haften, mit einer
dünnen Schicht Silikonklebestoff
ankleben.
Bevor die Maschine erneut
verwendet wird, warten, bis das
Band gut haftet.
Intervenciones realizadas

Grupo unión aire
comprimido con regulador
de presión y descargador de
condensado
Descargar el filtro del aire
comprimido cada día o cuando
el nivel de condensado ha
llegado a mitad del vasito.
Para hacerlo, con aire en
presión, desenroscar el tornillo
debajo del vaso hasta descargar
todo el contenido y volver a
enroscar.
Sustitución de la hoja de
soldadura
Desenroscar las tuercas (1) y
extraer los muelles (2) y las
arandelas, extraer los
dispositivos de protección (3)
para dejar desnuda la
barrasoldadora.
Aflojar los tornillos (7) de
bloqueo de la hoja de soldadura
en los sujetadores tensores de
(4) y en el sujetador central (5) y
quitar la hoja desgastada (6).
Coger la hoja nueva curvarla
para introducirla en el sujetador
central ( 5), apretar un poco el
tornillo de bloqueo (9), extender
la hoja hasta un sujetador tensor
de hilo, acortarla oportu-
namente, introducirla en el
orificio del mismo sujetador,
empujar el sujetador ganando el
muelle de tensión (8), después
apretar bien el tornillo de
bloqueo (7).
Repetir la operación también
para el otro sujetador.
Volver a montar los
dispositivos de protección,
las arandelas, los muelles y
las tuercas.
Sustitución guarnición de
goma de contraste en el
perímetro vasca superficie
de envase
La goma está montada sin uso
de colas por los tanto se puede
quitar simplemente extrayéndola
de la ranura en la que se halla.
Sustituirla con otra nueva,
extendiéndola encima de la
ranura e introduciéndola sin
tensarla, primero en las
extremidades después en el
centro, en el centro ulterior etc.
Cuando la goma está
correctamente colocada tiene
que resultar perfectamente
recta, sin protuberancias ni
hundimientos.
Encolar la cinta de teflón
adhesivo a lo largo del lado más
externo de la goma y girar un
poco los bordes hacia abajo
para que no tienda a despegarse.
Si la cinta de teflón no fuera lo
suficientemente adhesiva,
encolarla usando un estrato de
cola de silicona muy fino.
Esperar el encolamiento seguro
de la cinta antes de volver a
utilizar la máquina.
