Service intervals
3.19.1
Overview
Service intervals for different technology parts can be defined to maintain high quality service for
customers and have always accurate overview about pool technology. When service intervals are reached,
this will indicate alert which will be visible in dashboard, if email alerting is enabled, email will be sent as
well. LVLØ system is counting only real runtime for each technology part individually.
3.19.2
Configuration
Service intervals setup has to be performed via LVLØ mobile application in Service section select Service
intervals.
Service intervals are possible to setup for following areas:
Next service in: <value> value in days. Used for regular proactive service by a maintenance
company.
pH electrode: <value> value in days. Used for pH electrode maintenance intervals to remind
checking, cleaning, calibration or replacement if needed.
ORP electrode: <value> value in days. Used for ORP electrode maintenance intervals to remind
checking, cleaning, calibration or replacement if needed.
CLF electrode: <value> value in days. Used for free chlorine electrode maintenance intervals to
remind checking, cleaning, calibration or replacement if needed.
UV lamp: <value> value in hours. Used for UV lamp maintenance intervals to remind checking,
cleaning or replacement if needed.
Ozone generator: <value> value in days. Used for ozone generator maintenance intervals to
remind checking or replacement if needed.
Filtration: <value> value in days. Used for filtration system (pump and filter) maintenance intervals
to remind checking, cleaning or replacement if needed.
Salt chlorine generator: <value> value in days. Used for salt chlorine generator maintenance
intervals to remind checking, cleaning or replacement if needed.
Heating pump: <value> value in days. Used for heating pump maintenance intervals to remind
checking, cleaning or replacement if needed.
After performing setup or any changes to this section, click „SAVE SETTINGS” to save configuration to
system.
3.19.3
KNX communication objects
LVLØ KNX enables to remotely monitor service intervals countdown for all majority of swimming pool
equipment.
