Label Description
Ingress The switch port received traffic.
Egress The switch port transmitted traffic.
Apply Click “ Apply ” to activate the configurations.
Flow Control
Supports symmetric and asymmetric mode to avoid packet loss when
traffic congestion occurs.
Security
Supports port security function. When enabled, the port will STOP
learning the MAC address dynamically.
Apply
Click “ Apply ” to set the configurations.
Port Status
The Port Status screen provides the current port status information.

4.1.5.2 Rate Limit
This function allows the user to limit traffic of all ports, including broadcast, multicast and
flooded unicast. The user can also set “Ingress” or “Egress” to limit the traffic received or
transmitted.
