REMOVING/INSTALLING THE FORK AND FRONT WHEEL
Removing the Fork (FIGURE 14).
1. Remove the nut securing the road crown compensator to the fork (DETAIL "A" of
FIGURE 14).
2. Remove the road crown compensator from the fork bolt.
3. Remove the two (2) hex screws from each clamp on the fork.
4. Remove the plate from the top of the fork.
5. Remove the fork from the frame.
6. Remove the front wheel from the fork. Refer to REMOVING THE FRONT WHEEL
in this procedure.
Installing the Fork (FIGURE 14).
1. Position the fork onto the frame as shown in FIGURE 14.
2. Position the plate on to the fork.
3. Secure the plate to the frame using the two (2) clamps and four (4) hex screws.
4. Position the road crown compensator onto the fork bolt.
5. Secure the road crown compensator to the fork bolt using the nut.
6. Install the front wheel. Refer to INSTALLING THE FRONT WHEEL in this
procedure.
