Intel® Server Platforms SR6850HW4 and SR6850HW4/M Product Guide 

 

Removable Media Bay Support 

The DVD/CD-ROM drive is installed in a sheetmetal carrier and is inserted from the front of the 
chassis. The tape back-up drive is also installed from the front of the chassis. The user must switch 
off system power and remove the top cover to remove or install these devices.
