Local Control Panel Functionality
The Intel
®
Local Control Panel (LCP) utilizes a combination of control buttons, LEDs, and LCD
display to provide system accessibility, monitoring, and control functions. The pre-assembled
module slides into a slot on the front of the chassis where it is cabled to the backplane. The
LCP module is designed so that it can be adjusted for use with or without an outer front bezel.
Using the Intel
®
Local Control Panel allows up to six 2.5 inch hard drives to be installed in the
system.
