Lubrication
The treadmill’s interior and the plate it runs
on are lubricated from the factory and
require minimal maintenance. The friction
between the treadmill and the plate it runs
on is very important for the treadmill’s
function and should therefore be lubricated
regularly. We recommend inspecting the
treadmill regularly.
The treadmill should be lubricated at least
once every 300 kilometres.
Once the treadmill has run for 300 km since
the last lubrication, the lubrication alarm will
sound with a beep every 10 seconds and the
message “OIL” will appear on the display.
Lubricate the treadmill as follows:
Unplug the treadmill.
Lift it up and apply a suitable lubricating oil
roughly in the centre of the plate on both
sides.
Plug the treadmill in again.
Press and hold the STOP button for 3 seconds
to reset the lubrication alarm. Switch on the
treadmill and allow it to run unloaded for a
few minutes.
We recommend the following lubrication
intervals:
Light use (less than 3 hours per week): every
6 months
Medium use (3-5 hours per week): every 3
months
Heavy use (more than 5 hours per week):
every 2 months
Cleaning and maintenance
Unplug the treadmill before cleaning it or
carrying out any maintenance.
Regular cleaning will increase the treadmill’s
service life.
Dust the treadmill regularly. Make sure to
clean the free edges on each side of the
treadmill and the edges of the frame. This
prevents dust and dirt building up under the
treadmill. Use clean shoes.
The top of the treadmill can be cleaned with
a well-wrung cloth and a small quantity
of washing-up liquid. Do not allow water
to get into the treadmill frame or onto the
underside of the treadmill.
