Troubleshooting
In some cases, the treadmill may display error codes on the display.
You can see in the table below how the errors can be corrected.
Error code
Problem
Possible solution
E01/E13
The cable between the
computer and the control
unit is not connected
properly.
Check the connection between the computer
and the control unit. If the cable is damaged,
broken or defective, it must be replaced.n

unit must be replaced.
E02
The input voltage is too low. Check that the plug is working properly.
E05
1. The input voltage is too
high or too low.
2. A moving part is blocked
or stuck, so the motor
cannot rotate.
1. Restart the treadmill. Checkthat the plug is
working properly.
2. Check the control unit and replace if
necessary. Investigate what is causing the
blockage. Inspect the motor. If it smells of
burning or sounds odd, it should probably be
replaced.
E06
Motor error.
Check the connection to the motor. If the
cables are damaged, broken or defective, they
must be replaced.
If this does not solve the problem, the motor
may need replacing.
E08
Control unit error.
Check the connection to and from the control
unit. If the cable is damaged, broken or
defective, it must be replaced.
If this does not solve the problem, the control
unit must be replaced.
E09
The treadmill is misplaced.
Fold the treadmill down and place it
horizontally on the � oor.
E10
The motor is damaged or a
moving part is blocked or
stuck, so the motor cannot
rotate.
Investigate what is causing the blockage.
Inspect the motor. If it smells of burning or
sounds odd, it should probably be replaced.
