Logs
7.1 Logs
The EN6080 area control gateway stores logs of all events that impact the
system. Each log displays the entries in chronological order from oldest to
newest. Logs are stored in a circular buffer that overwrites the oldest entry
when the log is full. The logs tab is only accessible to admin level users.
The EN6080 area control gateway logs events into three categories: alarm,
system and trouble. Up to 3000 events can be stored.
• The alarm log includes alarm and alarm clear events for Inovonics end
devices.
• The system log includes IP address changes, reboot requests, shutdowns
and other system events.
• The trouble log includes non-alarm events for Inovonics end devices,
including repeater tampers, repeaters resets and time adjustments.
