10 Possible errors and troubleshooting

Solutions
When connecting the charger to the
mains, the appropriate voltage
cannot be measured on the power
supply output.
One of the fuses in the charger
adapter has burned out.
The adapter cable of the connection
is damaged.
The mains voltage is not
appropriate.
Switching power supply is
damaged.
Change the fuse and find the reason
for the burn-out.
Check the charging adapter and the
connection.
Check the mains voltage.
Change the power supply.
The „CHARGE” LED is not on
after an operational charging
adapter is connected.
The adapter cable or connection is
damaged.
The keyboard connection is not
satisfactory.
The keyboard is damaged.
The charging circuit is damaged.
Check the charging adapter cable and
connection.
Check keyboard connection.
Check the „CHARGE” LED on the
keyboard.
Check the charging circuit.
The device turns off immediately
after turned on.
The battery has discharged.
The charging circuit is damaged.
Recharge the battery.
If this occurs after recharging, check
the charging adapter and the charging
circuit, according to the
documentation.
After the device has been turned on
the software does not start at all
(only the display’s change in tone
indicates that the device is on,
nothing is on the display).
The battery has discharged or the
charging circuit is damaged.
The soldering is not satisfactory.
Charge the batteries.
If this occurs after recharging, check
the charging adapter and the charging
circuit, according to the
documentation.
Check the soldering on the digital part
of the Main Board. Resolder the IC’s
with the exception of the processor.
If it cannot be repaired, replace the
board.
