Troubleshooting
Problem: The product does not turn on.
•
Cause: Incorrect wiring, bad adapter
•
Solution: Check the correct execution of the connection.
If a connection error or damage is found,
correct it, and if the adapter's LED does not light up,
replace the adapter.
Problem: The device does not appear on the
network.
•
Cause: Do not change the IP address, the device’s
IP address is lost.
•
Solution: Contact the manufacturer to download the
IP Search Program. Check the correct IP address of the
device or check again after correcting.
Problem: I can't remember the ID/PW.
•
Cause: ID / PW lost due to customer mistake
•
Solution: Due to the nature of explosion-proof products,
the reset button is not exposed to the outside,
so you must remove the product and send it to the
manufacturer.
An unlisted issue persists, or another unexplained issue
If there is, contact the manufacturer.
Please check the following
installation problems
•
Is the installation location an area with
a lot of vibration?
→ If the IAQUA Series is exposed to
severevibration,
it may cause problems in the operation
of the product.
Therefore, install a device such as a damper
against vibration and then reinstall the product.
•
Is the installation location in a high
temperature, high humidity, or
low temperature environment?
→ If the IAQUA Series is used in an
environment outside the guaranteed
temperature range,
it may cause functional problems.
Therefore, examine the installation
environment and compare it with the
specifications.
