G220 Replacement 3 1 viewing glass

Replace the inner pane. After removing the front cover, the inner pane can be

replaced. For this purpose, the covers (X+Y) and the screws (30x) of the

clamping frame must be removed. Also the seal of the pane on the inside of the

work area door must be cut.

G220 Replacement 6&4 1 viewing glass

Remove the upper part of the front cover (X) at the work area door. Loosen and

remove the screws (6x and 4x) as shown in the figures. Then you can remove

the top cover.
