Note
The hour counter indicates how long the pump has been in service. This hour reading is also
important for determining when the pump unit requires maintenance
Selection switch (type2)
The selection switch has three positions:
Pump unit is switched off (1)
Pump unit is switched on. (2)
Starting pump unit (3)
8.1 Starting type (2)
The pump must be at a standstill before starting
.
1. Check the pump type (type plate) and the characteristics of the pump unit, such as: speed,
operating pressure, consumed power, operating temperature, etc.
2. Check whether the pump unit is placed in accordance with the instructions. Pay particular
attention to the area around the pump unit. Make sure the pump unit can draw adequate fresh
air.
3. Check whether the prescribed safety provisions are in place.
