POWER ON
Plug in the adapter, the console turns on and display all segments on LCD for 2 seconds

WORKOUT SELECTION
Press UP or DOWN key to select programs, Manual (Fig.02), Beginner (Fig.03), Advance
(Fig.04), Sporty (Fig.05), Cardio (Fig.06), Watt (Fig.07).
