Outputs.
It is a unipolar relay for controlling the circulator (M1) that is excited when its operation
is requested.
Circulator Relay
(K3)
This is a bipolar relay that is excited when the burner has to be ignited.
Boiler ignition is enabled by means of its contact.
Request Relay
(K2)
It is a d.c. signal that controls the modulating coil and the pressure of gas to the burner
may be varied according to the output required.
Gas valve modulator
(Y2)
This is a (BUS) signal by means of which boiler temperature, operation in the d.h.w. or cen-
tral heating mode and triggered alarm codes can be seen on the remote display panel.
Remote digital control
(CRD)
(optional)
It is a unipolar relay that is excited simultaneously with the K2 relay when its operation
is requested.
Relay (K4)
It is a 230 V ac signal indicating that the gas valve’s main coils
(Y1) are energised.
Powering the gas valve
(Y1)
230 Vac = coils
energised
0 Vac = coils not
energised
It is a high voltage signal
(higher than 16 kV)
that determines an electrical discharge at the
end of the ignition electrode located on the burner.

Adjustments.
Depending on the position of the jumper together with the “Boiler type” parameter set-
ting, the functioning mode of the type of boiler used can be chosen:
- position 1-2 = bithermal boiler
- position 2-3 = mono-thermal boiler
Boiler type selector
(JP1)
It is a relay by means of which the motor (M) of the electric 3-way valve (M30) is pow-
ered.
It is excited with a central heating request, it remains idle with a d.h.w. request.
