4.11 Device Views Draco vario Chassis
NOTICE
Exceeding the maximum permissible power consumption
In addition to the power consumption of the extender modules and add-on modules, the power
consumption of the connected peripherals must be added.
Note the maximum current draw of the chassis (see chapter 9.4.1, page 105 and chapter 9.4.2,
page 105).
The device status of an extender module is displayed via LED on the front side of following chassis:
474-BODY2, 474-BODY2R, 474-BODY2N, 474-BODY4, 474-BODY4R and 474-BODY6R-R1.

Excessive current draw
The 2-slot Draco vario chassis with an internal power supply is not equipped with a fuse on its primary
side.
The protection against excessive current draw has to be provided by the electrical installation of the
building.
