Parameter and EMCY object overview

With the function "restore" (see object directory, index 1011) the parameters
(except the Baudrate and the node ID) can be assigned to the factory default val-
ues. With the next power on they become valid.

Parameterliste

The lifetime factor 0 is interpreted as 1.
The first guard protocol is assessed as "start guarding" even if guarding is not
active at this time (guard time = 0).
