control _1-3: Command keys that are connected to command control connectors
0 = All command keys that are connected to command control connectors,
1 = COMMAND A to 3 = COMMAND C
10 = DISPLAY1 POWER, 11 = DISPLAY2 POWER
flash_1-13 : Blinking time
-1 = Links during control command execution,
0 = Not blink,
1 to 1000 = Blinks for 1 sec. to 1000 sec.
[Default] COMMAND A to COMMAND 3 = 0,
DISPLAY1 POWER, DISPLAY2 POWER = -1
