Parameter rpm1 to rpm10: The number of cooling fan rotation speed
rpm8 to rpm10: only if redundant power supply unit is mounted.
s1 to s10 : Status
s8 to s10: only if redundant power supply unit is mounted.
0 = Normal, 1 = Abnormal
