SERVICING
92 THERMOSTATIC MIXER VALVE REPLACEMENT
1. Refer to Frame 53.
2. Drain off approximately 10 litres (2
gallons) from the DHW cylinder. Refer to
Frame 86.
3. Undo the 3 union nuts on the mixer
valve.
4. Replace the mixer valve using new
sealing washers on the union
connections.
5. Check the DHW delivery temperature
and set to the customer requirements.

1. Refer to Frames 53 & 54.
2. Remove the old seal from the casing and thoroughly clean
the casing surfaces.
3. Fit the new adhesive seals, note that they are supplied to
the correct length for the relevant sides.
4. Reassemble in reverse order.
Note. Ensure that the boiler sealing panel is correctly sealed,
compressing the seal to make an airtight joint.
5. Check operation of the boiler.
