56 BOILER SEALING PANEL REMOVAL
1. Turn off the gas supply at the gas
service cock and disconnect the
electricity supply.
2. Slacken the backnut securing the
DHW vessel to its support bracket
and remove carefully to one side. It
is unnecessary to disconnect the
hose at this stage.
3. Undo the fixing screw securing the
control box to the expansion vesel
bracket.
4. The control box can now be raised
off its mounting slots and dropped to
the base plate.
5. Access is now available to remove
the 4 fixing screws and lift off the
boiler sealing panel.
57 FAN, GAS INJECTOR AND VENTURI ASSEMBLY REMOVAL AND CLEANING
1. Disconnect the electrical leads from the fan.
2. Undo the gas pipe union connection to the
injector housing.
3. Undo the single retaining screw on the fan
mounting bracket.
4. Remove the mounting bracket.
5. Lift off fan and venturi assembly.
