SERVICING
87 DIVERTER VALVE MECHANISM REPLACEMENT
1. Refer to Frame 53 & 54.
2. Drain the boiler. Refer to
Frame 85.
3. Undo the 3 union nuts
securing the valve body
and remove valve.
4. Replace the valve using
new fibre washers on the
union nuts.
5. Replace the actuator
head and reconnect the
electrical lead.
6. Refill and check the
operation of the boiler.
88 PUMP REPLACEMENT
1. Refer to Frame 53 & 54.
2. Drain the boiler. Refer Frame 85.
3. Disconnect the electrical lead from
the pump head.
4. Undo the 2 union nuts on the
pump and remove the pump.
5. Replace the pump using new
sealing washers on the pump
union connections
6. Reconnect the electrical lead.
7. Refill and check the operation of
the boiler and pump.
Note.
Ensure pump speed switch is set to
speed 3.
