TROUBLESHOOTING
The following pages list the most common causes that may block or cause operation of the unit. The division is
made according to easily identifiable symptoms.

The hydronic terminal
does not work
No electrical power
Check the fuse
Check the Mains socket
Make sure that a timer has not been
enabled

Water overflows from the
drain pan
Condensate drain
clogged
Verify that the condensate drain is free.
Insufficient slope of the
condensate drain
pipe.
Verify the slope of the condensate drain.

Bad smells
Inadequate
condensation drain
trap
Check that the condensate siphon is
present and properly installed.

The fan does not start
The unit is not fed hot
water (in winter) or
cold (in summer)
Verify that the hot or cold-water generator
is in operation and that the circulation is
enabled.
Wait until the battery is hot or cold.
The valve, if installed,
remains closed
Remove the actuator (if present).
Check whether the water flows properly.
Replace the actuator if needed.
