WARRANTY CONDITIONS
Warranty of this product is governed by the Terms and Conditions Ideal Climate (version 3.0) of which we quote the part
relating to the guarantee:
Ideal Climate guarantees its products for defects or manufacturing defects, with the express exclusion of any defect or
inherent fact installation, the running and maintenance of the product. - 15.2 Beneficiaries - Ideal Climate supplies products
exclusively for professional enterprises. By placing the order, the customer declares that the products are intended for use in
their professional activities, commercial or business. And 'therefore it excluded the application of the standard 1999/44 / EC
and D.Leg nr. 24 of February 2, 2002. The guarantee consists solely for products supplied by Ideal Climate and only towards
the Customer. Ideal Clima reserves the right to apply their own warranty terms, directly or indirectly through individuals

any obligations with the end user in accordance with the legislation in force. - 15.3 Performance Warranty - The warranty
service implies, at the discretion of Ideal Climate, the repair or replacement of the defective product. In case of repair, the

system. In case of replacement, Ideal Climate will replace their defective products with other products with equal or
