65 BURNER REPLACEMENT

SER

VICING

66 BURNER INJECTOR REPLACEMENT

1.

Refer to Frame 58.

2.

Remove the fan assembly -
refer to Frame 53.

3.

Unscrew the injector from the
gas injection pipe.

4.

Fit the new injector using a
suitable jointing compound
sparingly.

5.

Reassemble in reverse order.

Reassemble in reverse order.

Note.

Check the ignition and

detection gaps - refer to Frame 63.

1.

Refer to Frame 58.

2.

Remove the fan assembly - refer to Frame 53.

3.

Disconnect the 2 ignition leads and one detection
lead from the electrodes.

4.

Undo the 3 fixing screws securing the burner
assembly.

5.

Withdraw the burner assembly downward and out of
the heat exchanger.

6.

Remove the ignition and detection electrodes - refer
to Frame 63.

7.

Remove the 3 securing screws and withdraw the
burner from the mounting flange.

8.

Fit the new burner, replacing any damaged or
deteriorating gaskets.
