BOILER CASING REMOVAL
To install the boiler the casing MUST be removed.
1. Undo the 2 screws and lift off the lower front panel.
2. Remove 2 screws and lift off the grille assembly.
3. Disconnect the in-line electrical connector between
the control box and the PCB box.
4. Remove the thermostat phial from the pocket as
shown in Frame 6.
The boiler is supplied fully assembled in Pack A,
together with a standard flue assembly for lengths
up to 600mm (23
1/2
") rear or side flue outlet in
Pack B.
Unpack and check the contents.
