Battery Charge Current Limit:
Limit the maximum battery charge
current provided through the optional Battery LVD port, while still
allowing the full rated current to be drawn from the main output.
Charge Current Limit:
Set the maximum charge current (A)
as recommended by the battery manufacturer. Default is the
maximum current rating for the unit.
Equalize Charge:
Adjust the various Equalize Charge settings to either
manually or automatically apply a high Equalize voltage to a fully
charged flooded-lead-acid battery for a set time duration as
recommended by the battery manufacturer. This will help force an
equal state of charge on all battery cells, and help prevent stratification
of the battery electrolyte.
WARNING:
Use Equalize charging on Flooded lead-acid
batteries only. Do not use on any type of sealed battery, otherwise
a battery explosion and personal injury and/or damage to
equipment may result!
Equalize Voltage:
Set the Equalize charge voltage
recommended for your battery.
Equalize Duration:
Set the duration of a full Equalize
charge, in minutes.
Equalize Interval:
Set an interval (in days) for a recurring
automatic Equalize charge cycle. The default of 0 days
disables automatic Equalize charging. Set an interval of up to
180 days to initiate an automatically recurring Equalize
charge.
Equalize Status:
This box indicates if the battery is fully
indicates the battery is not fully charged, and an equalize
charge cannot be initiated.
Manual
Equalize button may be clicked to start a single Equalize
cycle.
Last Equalize Charge:
Indicates the date of the last
Equalize charge.
Charge Time:
Indicates the duration of the last Equalize
charge cycle, in minutes.
