5.  HG_Tool Application 

5.1  Install .NET Compact Framework 

It needs the runtime environment with .NET Framework 2.0 or above to execute the HG_Tool in 
PC. If.NET Framework 2.0 or above exists in PC, the section 5.1 can be omitted.
