Modbus RTU/TCP device should be set to the same. Please refer the
following examples.

The Modbus RTU/TCP device of address 0x01 is only able to be connected with
the ZT-2551/71 of Node ID 0x0001.

The Modbus RTU/TCP device of address 0x02 is only able to be connected with
the ZT-2551/71 of
Node ID 0x0002. … and so on

If there are two or more Modbus RTU devices should be connected with a
single ZT-2551/71, there are two methods can be referred as below.

Change the frame type of ZT-2550/70 to the broadcast mode in the advanced
configuration.

Set-up the Address Mapping in the ZT-2550/70 which is used to redirect the
unicast frame to the corresponding ZT-2551/71 device. Please refer the section
of
7.2 DCON/MODBUS Device Communication
” for more details.
Ethernet Connection

When the ZT-2571 acts the TCP client, there is only one Modbus TCP device
can be connected to the ZT-2571.

Such as the ZT-2571 acts TCP client to connect with the ET-7000.
