Step 5

Wait until the cycle is complete

(approximately 21 minutes) then place the 'ICE/OFF/

WASH' switch in the 'OFF' position and disconnect power

and water supplies to the ice machine.

Warning

Disconnect electric power to the ice machine at the

electric switch box before proceeding.

Step 6

Remove parts for descaling.

A. Loosen the two screws securing the pump

mounting bracket to the right-side bulkhead.

B. Disconnect the water pump power cord

behind the rear bulkhead and pull it through.

C. Remove the vinyl hose connecting the water

pump and water distribution tube.

D. Lift up on the water pump and remove it.
