HIGH PRESSURE CUTOUT (HPCO) CONTROL
FUNCTION
Stops the ice machine if subjected to excessive high-side
pressure. The HPCO control is normally closed, and
opens on a rise in discharge pressure.

SYMPTOM
Opening the HPCO will cause machine operation to stop.
The ice machine will restart once the HPCO closes.
If the HPCO is opens 3 consecutive times, the machine
operation will stop and the FND will display error code 14
(Er_14).
NOTE: Water-cooled machines will attempt to restart
every hour.
