Problem:
I’ve changed some settings and I can’t access Web configuration menu
anymore.
To start over, I need to set the Router to factory default.
Solution:
Locate
RESET
button on the bottom of the modem. Hold the
RESET
button for 10 seconds and then release it. This will return the password,
forwarding, and other settings on the Router to the factory default settings.
In other words, the Router will revert to its original factory configuration.
Problem:
I am using Mac OSX. I am having trouble with WEP security setup.
Solution:
On some Mac OS, users may experience difficulties with setting up WEP
encryption. In such cases, please use WPA encryption or non-encrypt
connection.
