Heat up the extruder head to 185°C for
PLA and 235°C for ABS filament.

Control the extruder motor with the
Repetier Host software until the filament
starts to deposit from the extruder nozzle.

Problems while loading filament.
Question : The filament feels like it's stuck on
something and does not want to go deeper than 5mm in the blue hole.
Reshape the tip as described in the picture. Usually the filament gets stuck in the
first chamber of the extruder. If it still doesn't work, try rotating the filament
inside the blue hole while trying to push the filament down. Please be gentle
with the extruder assembly. When too much force is put on the assembly the
guiding tube for the filament inside the extruder nozzle might get damaged.
Question : I loaded the filament, but when I try to extrude with the software the
motor on the extruder assembly is skipping over the filament.
Reshape the tip as described in the picture. Make sure the extruder is hot enough
for the used filament. PLA 185°C / ABS 235°C !
