14. Lift the processor housing

 out of the server and put it aside. This processor housing is not used

with the upgrade.

Note:  Keep the processor housing nearby and in a safe place for use in troubleshooting the upgrade,

if troubleshooting becomes necessary.

15. Note the location of all cables connected to the shuttle and disconnect the cables.

16. Remove the shuttle from the server and place it on a flat, static-free surface.

17. Go to “Replacing the diagnostic panel and front panel assemblies” on page 8.
