Sense Bytes 29 and 30–Cylinder Address
If byte 6, bit 2 is ‘1’, these bytes contain a valid value. For exception classes 4 and
E, these bytes contain the cylinder address of the most recent seek argument
accepted from the channel or executed by an internal operation.
