Use unleaded gasoline with
an octane rating of 92 or higher.
Unleaded gasoline can
extend spark plug life and
exhaust components life.
Spilling gasoline can damage
the painted surfaces.
Be careful not to spill any fuel
when filling the fuel tank.
Wipe spilled gasoline up
immediately.
When refueling, always shut
the engine off and turn the
ignition key to the “ ”
position.
Never refuel near the flames,
sparks and heat sources.
Do not overfill the fuel tank.
Do not fill gasoline above the
fuel tank entrance lower end.
To open the fuel tank cap,
insert the ignition key into the
cap lock and turn it clockwise.
With the key inserted, pull back
the fuel tank cap.
To close the fuel tank cap,
push down the fuel tank cap
until the locking pin click into
position.
The key must be in the cap
lock before installing the cap.
Do not overfill the fuel tank.
Stop adding fuel when the
fuel level reaches the bottom
of the filler neck. If you fill the
tank beyond this level, fuel
may overflow when it
expands due to engine heat
or heating by the sun.
