Cause: No medium is making it into the vacuum column

Check the setting of the shut-off devices in the suction line. If
they are closed, then open them. Check/clean the suction
strainer.

Press the RESET button to acknowledge/reset the fault.

Does the error re-occur after

≈ 2.5 minutes?

-> a. Yes

-> proceed to Step 7.

-> b. No

-> proceed to Step 8.

Check the following points:

Check the suction pipe for cross-section constriction.

Check the functioning of the vacuum pump in manual mode.

Are all shut-off devices in the suction line open?
